Designed to be worn over tights or leggings, these rain pants are waterproof, but also soft, supple,and stretchy with a slim, flattering fit. They're fully seam-sealed for maximum weather protection, and hey have an adjustable waist for a perfect fit. The cuffs can be tightened at the ankles for wet-weather bike commuting and other adventures.
